Centaurea cyanus is an annual flower that boasts a vibrant mix of blue, purple, pink, red and white blooms. Easy to cultivate from seed and tolerant of most climates, this plant can grow up to 36” in height. It makes an excellent cut flower for bouquets or bedding plants as well as a tasty edible flower.
