The Brassica oleracea is a compact and dwarf-type kale that matures in just 55 days. It produces tender and delicious bunches of curly dark blue-green leaves that are rich in vitamin A. This kale variety is resistant to yellowing in both cold and heat conditions,. The leaves of this kale are especially tender and sweet after a light frost.
