This early bush-type squash produces flavorful and buttery yellow fruits that have a distinctive crooked neck and knobby texture. When harvested at 4”-6”, the fruit is tender and can be enjoyed raw, pickled, sautéed, roasted or even used in bread. Additionally, this squash is very easy to grow making it great for continuous harvesting when picked regularly.
